Job Overview

BROKERS TITLE & CLOSING LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced real estate paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of real estate transactions.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Process real estate transactions from start to finish
  • Prepare and review documents related to real estate transactions
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
