We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an OR Charge Registered Nurse. This role will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intraoperative patients.
- Assist surgeons in operative procedures and maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and provide leadership to the nursing team during designated shifts.
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
