Production Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company in Florence, SC. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize production interruptions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining production machinery.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards.
