Property Support Specialist

As a Property Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Housing Consortium of the East Bay's operations. Your responsibilities will include providing site-specific property administrative support, site management, and property access coverage. You will work closely with the site manager to ensure a safe and secure environment for participants.
Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Support move-in and move-out processes for participants.">
- Collect and track participant rent (when applicable).">
- Provide property management support in safety planning, preventative maintenance, site sanitation planning, disaster preparedness planning, and other projects assigned.">
- Maintain the property filing system, order office supplies, and maintain electronic equipment.">
- Perform standard office duties, including mailing, faxing, scanning, and preparing correspondence.">
- Receive and log in mail and other deliveries.">
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency (e.g., GED); an associate degree-holder is preferred. Essential skills include good customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects.
Compensation">The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
