Position Overview:

Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in monitoring cloud environments, preferably within AWS.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise-level monitoring tools such as DataDog, New Relic, Dynatrace, and others.
- Proficiency in centralized logging solutions (e.g., Sumologic, Splunk).
- Experience in implementing automated event correlation systems.
- Scripting and software development skills for engineering task automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in metric gathering and visualization tools (e.g., Graphite, Graphene, Cacti).
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior and executive management.
- Background in network testing, test automation, and large-scale systems configuration management.
- Familiarity with developing network software components using SNMP and NetFlow protocols.
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Perl, shell scripting, or PowerShell.
- Self-motivated with an independent mindset.

Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience in integrating software and services using standard API techniques (SOAP, REST, XML).
- Familiarity with network vendor scripting protocols and interfaces, preferably with Juniper XML API/SLAX, Cisco Python/POAP, or F5 iControl.
