Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and KPI targets
  • Lead a team of District Managers to oversee store operations and ensure consistent execution of selling and service standards
  • Conduct store KPI analysis, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize results
  • Manage payroll and controllable expenses to align with profitability targets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and implement initiatives
  • Attract and retain top talent, build a high-performing team, and drive retention through collaboration and a positive work environment

  • Work with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure stores are operationally successful and maintain brand integrity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading District Managers in an apparel business
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Strong time management and project skills, with a sense of priority and attention to detail
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands, with a focus on creating winning results
  • Dedicated to high levels of customer service and sales productivity
  • Schedule flexibility to include evening and weekends, with ability to travel and conduct on-site store visits

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this role is $150,000 per year to $160,000 per year.
