Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laundry Operations: Load, unload, and operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing/folding equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor laundry equipment and notify facilities manager of any maintenance requirements.
  • Stain Treatment: Sort and treat stains on linens using proper cleaning products and methods.
  • Supply Management: Place laundry in washer and add cleaning agents as directed.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper, or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
