We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team at Ascension Health. As a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of your license.
- Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, including self-care and follow-up care.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
- Valid state license required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience preferred.
