We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic team at Michael Page. As a key member of our commercial real estate firm, you will be responsible for driving new capital opportunities and building relationships across the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Raise common equity from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional sources.
- Cultivate new capital market relationships for Equity and Debt, and assist with managing current investor relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the institutional and private capital.
- Manage activity in the firm's Platform.
- Develop brand positioning strategies and represent the firm in local, regional, and national industry events.
- Assist in managing all aspects of debt financing, from securing debt to closing of the asset.
- Proven, consistent performance in financial services/Wealth Management/Private Banking, working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth investors in the multifamily space.
- Verifiable track record of raising $5M+ annually for real estate projects.
- 5+ years of experience raising equity for real estate private equity firms or real estate funds.
