Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily barge cleaning operations for the assigned fleet.
  • Coordinate the workforce involved in cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure that there are no delays in barge cleaning processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with Barge Maintenance regarding the status and condition of barges.
  • Conduct spot audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Guide and direct the workforce in maintaining and improving facilities.
  • Supervise labor for non-cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, bobcats, and cranes when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety throughout all job processes.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to maintain workflow.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
