About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing physical security standards and policies in our data center spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facility access policies and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
  • Administer access requests and revocations, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas
  • Collaborate with collocation partners to enforce security policies and ensure a high level of security
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees, visitors, and contractors to promote security awareness
  • Conduct regular site security tours and inspections to identify potential security risks and implement remediation plans
  • Lead investigations of security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a physical security field, with a strong background in access control and security compliance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, criminal justice, or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in office tools such as MAC/Windows/Google Workspace, with experience in security software and systems a plus
