About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bus Driver to join our team at Coach USA in Elizabeth, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a motorcoach safely and efficiently, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including on-time arrivals and departures.
  • Participate in pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other drivers and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Class A or B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements.
  • Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience.
  • Commuter, Charter work, and School Bus Drivers welcome.
  • 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations in the last 7 years.
  • Pass Pre-employment drug test.
  • Pass Pre-employment essential function test.
  • Meet DOT physical qualifications.
  • Be willing to work varied schedules and locations.
  • Acceptable driving record, no more than 1.5 points in the last 3 years.
