About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Litigation Associate to enhance our esteemed legal practice.

In this role, you will engage in diverse litigation activities, which encompass legal research, drafting of legal documents, discovery processes, conducting depositions, negotiation sessions, court appearances, and trial preparations.

This position offers an excellent chance to refine your expertise in a stimulating and rewarding setting, collaborating with some of the leading professionals in the legal field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of litigation, including case assessment, motion preparation, legal document drafting, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court representation.
  • Deliver legal counsel and insights on a variety of matters, prioritizing the interests of our clients.
  • Execute comprehensive legal research and analysis to bolster case preparation and litigation tactics.
  • Prepare and articulate oral arguments in court settings.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support personnel to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of New York.
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, ideally with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
  • Outstanding analytical, research, and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage a substantial case load efficiently.
