Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, leveraging knowledge of various health conditions affecting seniors
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to establish and implement effective care strategies
- Document treatment plans accurately, communicating changes to relevant parties when necessary
- Assist physicians during treatments, following established safety protocols and best practices
- Manage clinical inbox, acknowledging and resolving urgent concerns or requests from patients, colleagues, or external stakeholders promptly

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must hold a valid LPN license in Alabama or Mississippi (Compact Licensure), a degree from an accredited program, and a minimum of five years' experience in the field. Prior phlebotomy training, IV therapy certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are preferred. A sharp mind and resourceful approach to solving problems are essential in this role, which requires precise attention to detail, dedication to teamwork, and compassion for older adults.
