Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business partner support and insights to various organizational functions, including:
  • Offering financial counsel to department leaders
  • Assisting in the annual business planning and budgeting process
  • Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards, summary reports for departments, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conducting margin analysis for products and projects
  • Designing, analyzing, calculating, and submitting incentive compensation
  • Facilitating the monthly closing process
  • Contributing to company-wide strategic initiatives through thoughtful planning and analysis
  • Supporting strategic system projects
  • Providing assistance for various ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications (These are the minimum qualifications required for consideration)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting; an MBA or CPA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis across multiple roles, including pricing, cost, profitability, budget, and treasury analysis.
  • Proficiency in various financial analysis tools and integrated financial systems such as Oracle or SAP; familiarity with OLAP tools like Essbase or PBCS is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas; experience with other Microsoft applications is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
