Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to oversee and manage accounting operations, including full-cycle accounting, payroll, and financial reporting. The candidate will lead accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations. Experience with accounting software and proficiency in QuickBooks are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Lead teams handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Perform monthly close processes, including journal entries.
  • Monitor internal controls to maintain compliance with financial standards.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and computational abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, with knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with accounting platforms and related software.
