Job Title: Academic Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Academic Scheduler with University 101 Programs. This role will play a critical part in facilitating the creation and management of the master schedule for over 400 sections of UNIV courses during the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and development of the master schedule for all UNIV courses using campus student information systems (Banner & DataWarehouse).
  • Manage changes to the academic schedule for UNIV courses and communicate updates to relevant parties.
  • Provide administrative support to over 250 UNIV instructors, including troubleshooting issues with classrooms and assisting with supplies and copies.
  • Coordinate logistics for various departmental events, including catering needs, space reservations, and material preparation.
  • Manage ongoing departmental instructor credentialing processes and associated reporting to ensure compliance with SACSCOC reaffirmation of accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in higher education or a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant systems, including Banner and Data Warehouse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
