Michelin Paint Line Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paint Line Worker to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and production of Michelin parts and services.
Key Responsibilities- Unload and load parts onto the conveyor system with precision and efficiency.
- Apply masking, plugs, or tape to unpainted parts to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Operate material handling equipment, including a walk-behind, to move parts around the production area.
- Inspect painted units for defects and re-adjust nozzles as needed to achieve a flawless finish.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and quality control.
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop new skills and improve overall performance.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in the painting process is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and basic math skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices is a plus.
