Overview

As a Management Trainee Intern with Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a challenging and rewarding journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the business world. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you every step of the way.



Throughout the 10-12 week program, you'll be immersed in a team-based environment where you'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to the success of our business. You'll be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.



As a Management Trainee Intern, you'll have the opportunity to engage in friendly competition with your peers, complete intern projects, and be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. Our flagship office is located in the Lancaster territory, and you'll have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Intern, your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Taking care of customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Developing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
  • Building relationships with customers and coworkers to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications:


  • Be a Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in May 2025.
  • Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Have no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record in the past 3 years.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Be able to start on January 8th, 2025.
  • Be able to commit to a 25-hour work week.
