Associate Attorney - Asbestos Litigation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex asbestos litigation cases and develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

  • Represent plaintiffs in Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, and Toxic Tort litigation
  • Develop expertise in asbestos litigation and become a subject matter expert in this focus area
  • Conduct case investigations, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, review documents, draft and argue motions, and prepare cases for trial
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and implement case strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
Requirements:
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution
  • Admission to the California State bar or eligibility for reciprocity
  • Strong academic record and excellent legal research and writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Commitment to plaintiff work and a strong sense of social responsibility
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in trial, research, and writing, as well as deposition experience
  • Judicial clerkship experience is highly valued
