Amenity Health, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Clinical Autism Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Autism Specialist, you will work with pediatric patients diagnosed with Autism and developmental disorders, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Technicians.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by Autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experience working with pediatric patients, and excellent communication skills.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and promote seamless transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with pediatric patients with ASD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
