- Conduct Client and Caregiver Supervisory Visits: Regularly visit clients and caregivers to assess their needs and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Manage Client Paperwork and Files: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with Office Staff: Work closely with office staff to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing: Must have a current license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland.
- Experience in Direct Care: Prefer at least two years of experience providing direct care to patients.
- Professional Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to Work Flexible Hours: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
