Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team at Kinsei Talent. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our company's products and services, working closely with our engineering team to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- System Integrations & Customer Implementations: Own and manage system integrations and customer onboarding processes, translating complex business logic into actionable tasks for engineers.
- Technical Expertise: Investigate and become the subject matter expert on new source systems, including their data models, business logic, and APIs.
- Data Modeling & Documentation: Research, define, and standardize new data models while writing detailed documentation to support internal and customer-facing needs.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot integration issues, assist engineers in debugging, and ensure smooth launches and expansions for customers.
- Customer & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, working closely with them from sales demos through to product roll-out.
- Product Requirements: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate these into detailed product requirements for the engineering team.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in refining customer requirements and conducting product demos.
- Experience: 1 - 6 years in a software company in a data, product, or technical/analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, or similar tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top 30 US or Canadian university.
- Startup Experience: Previous experience at a Seed, Series A, or Series B startup.
- Work Ethic: High ownership and conscientiousness with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
- Communication: Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Comfortable working with a wide range of customers, from software engineers to CFOs.
- Salary: $90k - $160k
- Equity: 0.10% - 0.35%
