Group/DivisionThe KLA Services team, based in Milpitas, CA, serves as our service organization, encompassing Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.

Job Responsibilities/Preferred QualificationsPrimarily accountable for customer service activities related to updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing highly sophisticated capital equipment at client sites.
Acts as the company representative to the client and takes responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided.Ensures operational quality of system equipment.
Coordinates efforts with clients to minimize downtime.
Assists Installation Engineers in resolving issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree with no prior work experience required.
