Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physical Therapy, with a focus on Lymphedema care. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide effective communication and ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement Plan of Care (POC) and progress notes
  • Apply concepts of infection control and universal precaution
  • Provide appropriate treatment for neuro-muscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders
  • Assist and instruct clients and families in transfer techniques and equipment use
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years experience as a PT in a clinical care setting
  • Lymphedema certificate
  • Preferred, Home health experience
