Position Overview

The Food and Beverage Server will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through the prompt and professional delivery of food and beverage items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders with a friendly and courteous attitude.
  • Present and collect payment for guest checks.
  • Deliver amenities and select guest beverages.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and serve them accordingly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in guest and back of house areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to safety and health regulations.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Previous serving experience is preferred.
  • BASSET and Food Handler certifications are required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs.
