Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience with web-based applications, information services, or information management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Dialog, Online Catalog Library Computer (OCLC), and the integrated library system (ILS) for cataloging, as well as PubMed for literature searches.
  • Demonstrated expertise based on a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the following areas:
    • Understanding of policies, procedures, systems, and interrelationships of databases, data sources, and the clientele served.
    • Knowledge and skills to conduct literature searches and utilize online databases containing various reference materials.
  • Hybrid work model - Both onsite and remote options available.
  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 10% of the time.
  • Must possess Secret Clearance.

Educational Background:

  • Master's degree in science or a related field, with at least eight (8) years of general experience and five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of general experience and seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Preference may be given to candidates residing in a Hubzone Area (check your status at the U.S. Small Business Administration website), which supports small businesses operating in Historically Underutilized Business Zones.
