About the Role

The Civil Affairs Specialist plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the Army and local civilians worldwide. This position requires a unique blend of skills, including resource identification, dialogue fostering, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify critical resources needed by local citizens during missions or crisis situations.
  • Foster and maintain dialogue with civilian aid agencies and relief organizations.
  • Coordinate, conduct, and participate in the planning and production of civil affairs-related documents.
Requirements
  • Citizenship: A U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card (I-551).
  • Age: Between 17 to 34 years old.
  • Medical, Moral, Physical: Medically and physically capable, and in good moral standing.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
