Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Palms Medical Group. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients and supporting our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support to patients of Palms Medical Group
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
  • Assist with examination procedures and vital sign collection
  • Perform basic laboratory functions within the protocols of a CNA
  • Participate in training programs and educational sessions
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with administrative duties and data collection
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Certification from an accredited CNA program
  • Current CNA license in the State of Florida
  • Minimum of one (1) year CNA experience in Primary Care setting preferred
  • Current BLS (basic life support) Certification
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for long periods, sitting for long periods, viewing a computer monitor for long periods, bending, stretching/reaching, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating office equipment. The employee must also be able to communicate effectively with people of various ages, educational levels, cultural backgrounds, and be exposed to potentially violent/irate patients.
