Concierge Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Hospitality: Greet potential residents, families, and visitors, and ensure a positive first impression of our community.
  • Manage Communications: Handle external and internal calls, take and communicate messages, and provide community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Monitor Community Areas: Ensure the Bistro area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the community.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of the community.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
