Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role will primarily serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to various customer service processes, including order management, product delivery, pricing inquiries, billing, and more. The ideal candidate will effectively address customer needs and act as a bridge between our clients and Sprague's support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding energy services and delivery.
  2. Resolve basic issues and provide information about products and services.
  3. Maintain accurate customer account records and track inquiries using the appropriate systems.
  4. Document processes and maintain up-to-date records.
  5. Engage in projects as needed to enhance customer service.
  6. Provide coverage for team members when necessary.
  7. Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and knowledge.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess two to three years of office experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with familiarity with customer-focused databases. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct research for customer inquiries are also important.
