Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Associate to join our team at Artisanal Brewing Ventures. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient packaging of our craft beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging equipment, including carton/carrier erection machines, depalletizers, drop packers, case wrappers, tray packers, case sealers, and palletizers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment to ensure the highest quality of packaged products.
  • Perform manual packaging operations as needed, including hand packing and hand stacking.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by the Packaging Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with brewery safety programs and a commitment to worker safety.
  • Understanding of brewery sanitation and food safety programs.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to cool, damp temperatures, airborne particles, chemicals, and moving machinery. The noise level in the work environment can be very loud.
