Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude. You will educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products. You will also understand and promote our products and memberships, perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services, and generate new clientele through our referral programs.

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist required
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
• Customer service focused; loves working with clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
