Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality eyelash extension services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist required
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
• Customer service focused; loves working with clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
