Position Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company's operational subsidiaries maintain optimal cash balances essential for business operations. This role encompasses the development and management of short-term cash forecasts, oversight of multiple bank accounts, and coordination of cash movements between subsidiaries through inter-company financing arrangements and various methods. Additionally, this position will support short-term investments, borrowings, and other treasury-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ automated systems and processes to effectively manage cash balances and investments.
  • Establish cash positions and short-term cash forecasts to guarantee sufficient liquidity for Lincoln's subsidiaries.
  • Oversee the monthly process for settling inter-company charges, acting as the primary contact for netting participants and managing the company's intercompany invoice netting software.
  • Maintain a portfolio of inter-company loans, ensuring proper documentation, communication of loan details, and adherence to terms and covenants.
  • Update and manage the corporate bank account database.
  • Conduct analyses related to bank fees, cash flow forecasts, foreign currency exposure, and other financial metrics as required.
  • Assist with additional treasury-related tasks, including interest income and expense forecasting and currency trade settlements.
  • Take on further responsibilities as directed in alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with a minimum of five years of experience in Corporate Treasury, international finance, or related fields. Relevant academic and professional experience will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to apply critical thinking on a macro level.
  • Proficient analytical skills and a solid systems background, capable of sophisticated modeling and utilizing third-party software applications, including treasury management systems.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and communicate financial risks associated with investments and commercial transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for fostering collaborative working relationships and gaining company-wide support.
  • Skilled in developing relationships and negotiating with banking contacts to secure valuable banking products for Lincoln Electric.
Work Arrangement: This role is eligible for Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid scheduling.
