Job Overview

About the Position

The Clinical Therapist will play a vital role in providing direct services and support to clients, working closely with the medical team and other staff to achieve this goal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Educate clients on the disease of addiction and living a life of recovery
  2. Assist in creating a safe environment for clients
  3. Complete all necessary documentation in the EMR
  4. Coordinate aftercare plans with discharge coordinator
  5. Maintain client and program records in accordance with the facilities policies and procedures and applicable state regulations

The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of services and to meet the needs of clients. They will also be expected to participate in regular supervision and training to ensure their skills and knowledge remain up-to-date.
