Job Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales and service team in the territory
- Provide technical support to customers and build a book of business to ensure future growth
- Ensure all accounts are on a service schedule and provide training and consultative problem-solving services to customers
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and President of the company to drive business growth and development
- BS/BA Degree or 8+ years of water treatment experience
- Management experience with a proven track record of success
- Sales and service experience in the water treatment space
