Position Overview:

The Facility Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This position involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Thoroughly clean all restrooms and replenish paper supplies.
  2. Perform dry mopping in showrooms and vacuum carpets and area rugs as needed.
  3. Conduct wet mopping of floors when necessary.
  4. Maintain cleanliness in the parts store and vacuum area rugs.
  5. Regularly empty trash receptacles throughout the facility, including offices.
  6. Monitor and manage waste at designated areas, ensuring cleanliness.
  7. Execute general housekeeping duties, including periodic window cleaning.
  8. Ensure the exterior of the building is well-maintained and presentable.
  9. Complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
  10. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. The ability to work independently is essential. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Skills and Competencies:

While prior janitorial experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are key attributes for success in this role.

Compensation:

Compensation is negotiable based on previous experience.
