Connvertex Technologies Inc. is a prominent provider of innovative solutions for enterprise-level challenges. We are seeking a proactive individual to join our Architecture & Portfolio Management Team, who is adaptable and capable of managing complex technical projects. This team is responsible for delivering program and project management excellence across various platforms.

The selected candidate will report to the Senior Director of Architecture & Portfolio Management and will oversee projects that enhance business processes such as quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay, compliance, governance, customer experience, cost management, operational efficiency, and growth. This role will also contribute to the development of best practices and standards in program and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete delivery of multiple strategic projects that enhance our business applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven initiatives that align with organizational strategies.
  • Ensure that solutions meet quality standards, address project risks, and foster strong relationships between delivery teams and business partners.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide expert advice on project feasibility, and secure necessary resources.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and any factors affecting scope, schedule, or budget to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain essential project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and risk management reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise program or project management.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Proven track record in managing initiatives involving strategic IT SaaS and in-house applications.
  • Familiarity with data center operations and public cloud technologies.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly at all organizational levels.
  • Able to engage with technical details to gather complex requirements and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of flexibility and initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
