Clinical Outcomes Specialist Part-Time

LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Outcomes Specialist. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.

As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will work closely with nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes within our healthcare organization. You will function as a resource to facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, positively influencing nursing care delivery.

The successful candidate will possess a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree, with 5-7 years of relevant acute care experience. American Heart Association BLS certification and Registered Nurse (RN) License are also required.

This is a part-time position that will be scheduled for 24 hours a week. Experience with psychiatric patients is a plus. The estimated salary range for this position is $38.20-$59.21 per hour, based on experience.
