Position: Fragrance and Beauty Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time Temporary

Compensation: $17.33 - $26.78 per hour, based on role, location, and schedule.

Role Summary:

The Fragrance and Beauty Consultant is a knowledgeable expert responsible for delivering exceptional service and promoting our extensive product range both in-store and online. Your primary objective will be to cultivate and nurture client relationships by providing outstanding service and product insights, while ensuring an appealing merchandise presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a welcoming atmosphere for customers, both online and in-store, to build trust and comfort.
  • Demonstrate expertise in products and styles, confidently guiding each sale.
  • Utilize technology to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
  • Engage with customers through outreach tools to foster relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain positive interactions with colleagues across the organization.
  • Create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience by greeting and engaging all customers.
  • Drive sales through both in-store and online platforms, leveraging technology effectively.
  • Participate in merchandising and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using various technological devices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent use of technology and may require prolonged periods of standing or walking. The position may also involve lifting/moving items up to 25 lbs.
