Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Nip & Tuck Plastic Surgery LLC in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, ensure efficient clinical operations, and maintain a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to physicians and staff
  • Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and billing
  • Conduct vital signs, room patients, and prepare exam rooms
  • Assist with medical procedures, injections, and other treatments
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a medical setting (preferred)
  • EMR system experience (preferred)
  • Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • BLS certification (preferred)
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (preferred)
