At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing quality care and creating a sense of community for our residents. As a Life Enrichment Manager, you will play a vital role in engaging residents in meaningful activities and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate resident interests and develop personalized Life Skills programs
  • Design and implement Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities
  • Engage residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies
  • As applicable, assist residents with daily care of animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program
Qualifications:
  • One year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors
  • High school diploma or GED accepted; certification(s) may be required per state regulations
  • Ability to motivate and encourage residents; knowledge of adapting Life Skills to cognitive and functional abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work semi-independently
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
