Job Description
The Respiratory Therapist will work independently to coordinate patient care, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other caregivers. Key responsibilities include assessing patients, recommending therapy pathways, and documenting diagnostic data. The successful candidate will also provide education and support to patient families and caregivers dealing with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess an associate degree in respiratory therapy from an approved school and hold current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentialed by The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). A minimum of 12 months of recent respiratory therapy experience in an acute care facility is also required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
