The primary function of this role is to provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities. You will be responsible for:

  • Facility Security Management: Oversee the security administration of our facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Classification Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure proper classification and handling.
  • Document Accountability: Maintain accurate records of classified documents and materials, ensuring proper storage and disposal.
  • Mail and Courier Management: Process inbound and outbound classified mail and courier packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Security Clearance Processing: Assist in the processing of security clearance requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Insider Threat Program Management: Develop and implement effective insider threat programs to mitigate potential security risks.
  • Security Awareness and Education: Provide training and education to employees on security policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI Poly
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
  • Knowledge of security policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
