Job Summary:

The Complimentary AM Attendant is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as a strong understanding of hotel-brand standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, specialty cocktails, and other beverage requests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in stressful situations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties and cash handling.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by local regulations.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
