Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement test procedures for high temperature materials
  • Operate and maintain high temperature test equipment, including data processing and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new test methods and techniques
  • Conduct experiments and gather data to support the development of new high temperature materials
  • Develop and maintain documentation for test procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a laboratory or materials testing environment
  • Direct, hands-on experience with pressure, flow, or temperature measurement hardware
  • Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity software
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasking to meet project deadlines
  • US citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in metrology, fabrication, operation, or maintenance of test apparatus
  • Proficiency with LabView programming and control

Education:

BS in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field with 2 years of relative experience.
