LPN Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at MultiCare Home Health/Hospice. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily routine care and services to patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborate with the care team to implement the nursing process and ensure the best possible health care outcomes
  • Provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of growth, development, and aging
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school or equivalent qualifying experience
  • Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • License to pass medications may be required
  • Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care setting within the last three years preferred
