About the Role

At Care Options for Kids, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

A Day in the Life

As a member of our care team, you'll work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support. Your day will be filled with a variety of activities, including administering medications, performing routine trach and g-tube care, and documenting patient information in our electronic health record system.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
  • Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
  • Following the plan of care
  • Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements
  • Valid New Jersey LPN license or multistate license
  • Physical within the past three years
  • PPD or chest X-ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
