Position: CT Imaging Technician

As a CT Imaging Technician, you will be responsible for executing computed tomography scans while adhering to established protocols. Your role includes:

  • Conducting CT procedures with precision and care
  • Administering contrast agents according to physician directives
  • Accurately coding and documenting all examinations in the Radiology Information System (RIS)
  • Providing clear communication to patients regarding the imaging process
  • Maintaining a respectful and compassionate interaction with patients and colleagues
  • Ensuring the safety of patients by following established procedural protocols
  • Documenting patient medical histories with accuracy
  • Exhibiting proper techniques in venipuncture and utilizing power injectors

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program or completion of a recognized CNMT curriculum
  • ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
  • CT Board Certification must be obtained within 18 months of employment
  • CPR certification in accordance with AHA standards
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certification as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technician
  • Clearances for Act 31, 33, 34, and 73
